The game will be broadcasted on a big screen to afford the public the opportunity of watching our local hero Nahki Wells and doors will open at 10am on Sunday, February 24.
“I encourage everybody to come out and support Nahki as he looks to make sporting history and show what it takes to lift a major trophy,” Minister Scott said. He added: “I am sure this will be thrilling game and that Nahki will make Bermuda a proud island nation.”
There will be a traditional Bermudian codfish and potato breakfast available for $10, with 100% of proceeds being donated to the Dandy Town youth football programme – Nahki Wells former club. “This event is open to families for all to enjoy a truly festive occasion for everyone in the community to embrace and revel in the spirit of the moment,” Minister Scott said.
