The most exciting game of latest round of the German Men’s National Basketball Pro A League took place in Duesseldorf.
This derby game pitted Sullivan Phillips and his BG Goettingen league leading teammates against rivals and third placed Duesseldorf Baskets, which Duesseldorf won by one point 60 - 59.
BG Goettingen was trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 20-17 charge of Duesseldorf Baskets, which allowed them to win the game.
Phillips only played a total of 8 minutes going 0 for 1 from behind the Three Point Line, Phillips did grab 2 Rebounds. The loss ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BG Goettingen.
