Dean Lightbourne and Michele Layton-Brown are the 2013 Bermuda Rendezvous Annual Bowling Tournament Male and Female Champions after the finals rolled off at the Warwick Lanes. The pair earned watches from Crissons as part of their championships
In the Men’s Division Lightbourne had to overcome Vernon Daniels in the Semi-Finals winning by just one pin, he then advanced to take on David Maycock in the Final. Lightbourne and Maycock battled in the Final, but it was Lightbourne who was able to complete the task and come out on top.
In the Ladies Division, Patrice Tucker fell to American Dara Rimes, to set up and all American Final between Rimes and Layton-Brown, this Final kept all the spectators on the edge of their seats, with Layton-Brown able to hold her nerves and win the title.
