Allison Outerbridge represented the University of Tennessee at the Tyson Invitational at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark.
Junior Outerbridge set a personal-record in the Women’s Triple Jump, eclipsing 40-feet for the first time. Outerbridge finished in second place with a leap of 40-4.75 or 12.65m. That mark ranks in the top five in University of Tennessee Indoor History.
Outerbridge recorded a Foul on her first attempt, before leaping 11.94m on her second attempt. Outerbridge’s third attempt netted her the 12.65m, before recording back to back Fouls on jumps four and five, Outerbridge leaped 12.04m on her final attempt.
