 Neil De Ste Croix IslandStats.com Race 2 of the 2013 Bicycle Works Mountain Bike Racing series was held at Fort Scaur. In wet and muddy conditions, what most mountain bikers consider to be perfect conditions, the 68 participants took to the 3 mile course. The course, which consisted of long straights and even longer climbs, challenged all of the riders skills.
In the Male A Division, Neil de St Croix took top honors, with Mark Hatherly finishing second and Dexter Swan in third.
Brian Steinoff rode a solid race finishing in first in the Male B Division, followed by Daniel Oatley in second and Robin Horsfield in third.
In Female B Division racing Gabriella Arnold finished in first, followed by Ashley Kirkpatrick in second and Wenda Roberts in third.
Kyle Adams took the top spot in the Novice Class, followed by Paul Tetly in second and Jason Thomas in third.
In the 13-16 Male Class, Matthew Oliveira took top honors, with Christian Oatley in second and Alex Bordage in third.
Victoria Davis finished first in the 13-16 Female Class, followed by Alyssa Rowse in second and Tristan Narraway in third.
In the 12 and Under Class, Nahje Smith took the top honors, followed by Cristian Roque in second and Alexander Miller in third.
