After leading in the first half against the preseason Conference USA favorites, Tulane, Erica Woods and her Marshall University Women’s Basketball teammates struggled to stop the Tulane's Danielle Blagg, who had seven three-pointers in the closing 20 minutes, and fell to Tulane, 67-57.
Woods went 2 for 5 from the Field, and 4 for 4 from the Free Throw Line for her 8 points in 26 minutes of action. Woods also grabbed 2 Rebounds.
