During Harness Pony Racing at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street, the Stakes Racing Finals were held.
Hott Gossip won Heat 1 of the 3 Year Olds Final Dash clocking a time of 1:09 flat, while Imagine That finished second clocking 1:10/1, Colonel’s Finest finished third with a time of 1:10/2 and Colonel’s J finished fourth with a time of 1:12/1.
In Heat 2 of the 3 Year Olds Final Dash, Colonel’s Finest finished first with a time of 1:08/4, while Hott Gossip was second clocking 1:09/3, finishing with the same time was Imagine That and Colonel’s J was fourth with a time of 1:14 flat.
In Heat 1 of the 4 Year Old Final Dash, Stay Tuned crossed the line first with a time of 1:10/1, while Inwood’s ET was second in 1:25/2. In Heat 2 the horses finished in the same order, with Stay Tuned clocking 1:08/1, while Inwood’s ET finished with a time of 1:19 flat.
In the Aged Consolation Dash Heat 1, Ebby’s Dream finished first with a time of 1:04 flat, while Down Home Punch finished second clocking 1:05 flat. In Heat 2 Down Home Punch finished first with a time of 1:05/2 and Ebby’s Dream finished second in 1:05/3.
In Heat 1 of the Aged Final Dash, GV Crystal Ball finished first, with Big Red Machine finishing second clocking 1:04/3, Cherokee Kibbitz finished third in 1:04/3 and Cherokee’s Superman finished fourth in 1:04/4. In Heat 2, Big Red Machine blazed the track clocking 1:02/2, Cherokee’s Superman finished second clocking 1:03 flat, while Cherokee Kibbitz and GV Crystal Ball finished with the same time of 1:04/3.
