In Bermuda Ball Hockey action inside the BAA Gymnasium, the California Golden Seals defeated the Winnipeg Jets 17 – 6. Adam Chevis led the Golden Seals to victory with 4 goals, while Cam Poland and Tom Washington both added hat-tricks, Ernie Theriault, Ryan Wilson and Sean Brosseau all scored two goals each and Shaun Trowsdale scored the other. Adam Mattatall scored a hat-trick for the Jets, while Nathan Kowalski scored twice and Chris Lemieux added the other.
In the nightcap the Minnesota North Stars defeated the Colorado Rockies 10 – 6. The North Stars got two goals from Scott Shannon, Kyle Hankins, Mike Woytowicz and Dave Gazzard, while Greg Vandermade and Barrie King scored a goal each. Jordan Gunter scored a hat-trick for the Rockies, while Chris Coleman, Tom Miller and Chris Grantier all added a goal each.
