The Bermuda Rugby Football Union League Season continued at the National Sports Center, with the Mariners Ladies defeating the Police Ladies 2 – 0. The Mariners Ladies got Try’s from Amanda Swan and Melinda Paige.
In the second Ladies match the Teachers Ladies and Renegades Ladies ended locked at 1 – 1. Sophie Laganiere scored the lone Try for the Teachers, while Roseanna Hoey scored the Try for the Renegades.
The Police Men defeated the Mariners Men 54-12, David Pringle scored the first Try which was Converted by Tristan Kermode as the Police took a 7-0 lead, the second Try was scored by Kermode however the Conversion was missed as Police took a 12-0 lead. Kermode scored another Try and also added the Conversion for a 19-0 lead for the Police. Kermode was running a one man show when he scored his third Try of the game and once again added the Conversion to make the score 26-0 and minutes before the break Kermode scored a Try and added the Conversion to make the half time score 33-0 to the Police.
In the second half Rohan Kane scored the Police sixth Try which was Converted by Kermode making it 40-0. Tommy Edwards scored a Try for the Police and once again Kermode connected for the Conversion as Police went ahead 47-0. The Mariners would get on the board when David Rorke scored a Try and Anden Oznialowski kicked the Conversion making the score 47-7. Gerhard Lamretch scored a Try for the Police and Kermode kicked the Conversion as Police went ahead 54-7, but the Mariners would score the final points of the game as Jonny Peacock scored a Try and Oznialowski kicked the Conversion to make the final score 54-12.
In the nightcap the Renegades defeated the Teachers 11 – 7. The Renegades got a Try from Ndavyah Williams, however the Conversion was missed, Neil McGuinness kicked two penalties for the Renegades, while Patrick Calow scored a Try for Teachers, with Greg Fraser adding the Conversion.
