Ryan Gunn and his Penn State Berks Men's Cross Country teammates placed seventh in the field of 15 teams at the "Battle for the Buggy". Penn State Berks collected 189 team points, which trailed St. Mary's (Md.) by eight for sixth place. Elizabethtown College Alumni team finished first place with 39 points, followed by Messiah College with 49. Keystone College (70 points), Gettysburg College (114 points), and host Elizabethtown College (169 points) rounded out the top five. Once again, Connor Henry was the top Penn State Berks runner, the freshman had a time of 22:49.07 and placed 14th out of 149 runners. Connor McLaughlin was the next Berks runner to cross the finish line, placing 24th with a time of 23:16.00.
Craig Hyatt had a time of 24:13.11 to place 49th, while Matt Martino clocked 24:31.11 to finish 55th and Gunn crossed the line in 25:09.56 and was 66th.
