The 2012-13 Bermuda Ball Hockey League Season began inside the BAA Gymnasium with a double header.
The Minnesota North Stars defeated the Quebec Nordiques 17 – 8, the North Stars were led by Scott Shannon who scored 7 goals, while Chris Merritt scored 5 times for the winners. Matt Benson added a hat-trick, while the winners got single strikes from Barrie King and Kyle Hankins. Ian Gouthro and Jm Tremblay both scored hat-tricks for the Nordiques, while Kevin Albrecht and Jon Talbot added a goal each.
In the nightcap the Toronto Arenas defeated the California Golden Seals 9 – 6. Charlie Silva scored a hat-trick to lead the Arenas to victory, while Shannon Gosse and Jeff Ingelman scored twice each, Glen Madore and Wayne Newhook added a goal apiece. Nathan Kowalski and Adam Mattatall both scored twice for the Golden Seals, while Monte Palsat added the other.
