The Sylvia Eastley Tournament came to an exciting climax at the Bernard Park. The first game saw Lady Bluebirds take on the WWC Panthers, it was an up and down battle with the Lady Bluebirds coming out victorious 18 - 12. The Bluebirds were led to victory by Danielle Raynor who scored 12 goals and Ebony Burgess added 6 goals, while Debbie Deshields scored 10 goals for the WWC Panthers.
The next game saw DataTech Netts take on their junior team Signworx in the other Semi-Final game, with the DataTech Netts emerging victorious with a score of 26 - 5. Gina Benjamin scored 21 goals and Christine Trott added 5 goals for the DataTech Netts, while Diara Benjamin scored 3 goals and Jasmine Renfroe added 2 goals for Signworx.
The Finals started off exciting with Netts leading the first half, but the defending champions Bluebirds would not be outdone as they played hard and capitalized on their center passes and some of their opponents.
Burgess scored 9 goals and Raynor scored 8 as the Bluebirds defeated the DataTech Netts 17-15. Benjamin scored 11 goals and Trott added 4 goals for the Netts.
