The Bermuda National Rugby Sevens Squad has been announced for the regional qualifier for the 2013 RWC Sevens Finals that will take place at Twin Elms Rugby Park, Ottawa, Canada on August 25th and 26th 2012.
Two teams will qualifier for finals to be held in Russia from the tournament.
Canada and the USA will be strong favorites in the men's tournament, though may face a stiff challenge from 6 times Caribbean champions Guyana who compete in the Hong Kong Sevens in March 2012. Other Men's teams participating include Bermuda, Bahamas, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados and St Vincent and The Grenadines.
Waisale Serevi and Evan Haigh from Serevi Rugby was on the island to give the Bermuda team some final tips before they depart for the challenge.
