Team Bermuda went down again in their second game of the Americas Federation of Netball Association’s (AFNA) Championships in Trinidad and Tobago against the host 95 - 18.
Following their opening loss to Barbados, coach, Anthony Mouchette said “We was slow off the mark and played too many air balls that Barbados intercepted every time, the strategy going forward is no air balls, come directly to the ball and use short passes.”
Following this defeat Mouchette said, “The team played much better and kept possession more than last game.”
Bermuda found themselves down 21-6 at the end of 1st quarter, changes were made to give everyone a game.
Mouchette concluded, “The game became very physical at the end, however I am expecting a better result when we play USA.”
