Only two matches were on tap in Bermuda Netball Association Summer League play at the Bernard Park.
With the Breakers leading the league with 33 points, the battle for second place took place on Court Two between PWC and the PHC Lady Zebras.
Both Jennifer Simmons and Shawnette Perot scored 11 goals for PWC in their 22 – 15 win over the PHC Lady Zebras, PWC with the win took sole possession of second place with 22 points, while the PHC Lady Zebras who got 14 goals from Vernicka Symonds and 1 goal from Tahirah Hill have 21 points.
In the other game, Family defeated Public Works 24-18, JahTuere Trott scored 11 goals for Public Works, while Precious Smith chipped in with 7 goals.
