The Royal Artillery Association One was defeated 6-0 by Sandy’s Boat Club One. In the double frame games Peter Bromby defeated Honky Burrows 42-28 and 52-28. Stuart Matthews won his game against Mike McGowan 45-31 and Martin Siese had a convincing win over Joseph Hayward 72-10. The doubles match saw John Bromby and Siese defeat Hayward and McGowan 56-42.

Watford Sports Club Two and Royal Artillery Association Two split the points 3 – 3. Tony Dawson and Jonathan Peniston split a game apiece in the double frame games. Dawson won the first game 63-41 and Peniston won the second game 51-25. Aaron Bean lost to Andy Peniston 50 – 46. Timmy Simons defeated Joe Latham 52 – 10. In a close doubles game Roger Henderson and Bean defeated Peniston and Latham 47 – 44.

Watford Sports Club One defeated Warwick Workman’s Club One 5 – 1. Steven Bremar defeated Leon Smith 67 – 34 in the first game while Smith succumbed to illness in the second to hand Bremar the game by default. Gary Bascombe suffered his first individual lost of the season to Zane DeSilva 55 – 13. Courtland Furbert defeated Maurice Hawkins 56 – 37. The doubles team of DeSilva and Hawkins defeated Bascombe and James Talbot 54 – 38.

Queen’s Club One ran away with a 6 – 1 win over Warwick Workman’s Club Two. Karl Wilson defeated Wally Tucker 50 – 32 and 53 -27. Mike Zimmerman defeated Andre Burgess 56 – 27 and Matt Garrod won his game against Timmy Sousa 55 – 31. Garrod and Wilson defeated Reuben Burchall and Sousa 68 – 62 in the doubles match.

Sandy’s Boat Club Two secured their first league match win over Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club Two 4 – 2. Richie Beale defeated Bart Lewis 41-24. Andrew Peniston evened the score by defeating Aaron Carvello 74 – 28. Chris Bromby and Jon Pedro split a game each in the double frame games. Bromby took the first game 43-34 and Pedro won the second 37-28. The doubles match saw Carvello and Beale defeat Lewis and Spurling 44-23.

Steven Bremar captured the high break of 29 for the night.
