Scott Gilbertson shot a final round 7-over 79 at the FCWT tournament in Orlando, Florida to finish T20th. Gilbertson was not able to take advantage of the easier playing conditions on the second day and dropped 6 places.
Gilbertson was not playing his best golf and after an opening Par at the first hole, he Bogeyed 5 of the next 6 holes before recording a Birdie at the par 3 eighth hole. A par at the 9th saw him finish the front 9 at 4-over par.
Gilbertson started the back 9 well recording his second Birdie at the par 5 tenth hole but immediately gave the shot back with a Bogey at the par 4 eleventh. He followed this with a Par -Bogey-Bogey-Par sequence before recording his third Birdie of the day at the par 4 sixteenth. A Double-Bogey at the 17th was followed by a finishing Par at 18 gave him a 3-over back 9 total and his 7-over final round total.
First round leader Hale Furey shot a second round 5-over to finish tied for first place with Richard Donegan who shot a second round 1-under 71. Donegan went on to beat Furey in a playoff.
