Matt Garrod kept Queens Club One winning streak alive by defeating Tony Dawson 70-16 and Mike Zimmerman won the two frame match 62-20 and 64-30 over Sticks Henderson. The doubles match saw Bean/Timmy Simons go down to Garrod/Wilson 60-52 giving Queens Club One a 6-0 win over Watford Sports Club Two.

Bart Lewis started out strong for Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club Two by defeating Joseph Hayward 49-39. Honky Burrows drew Royal Artillery Association One by winning his game 55 – 29 over John Pedro and Royal Artillery Association One’s Mike McGowen summed it up by defeating Ross Spurling 61-19 and 54-30. The doubles game saw Hayward/Burrows defeat Andrew Pratt/Pedro 57-50. Royal Artillery Association One came back fighting to claim 5 – 1 victory. McGowen captured the high break of 21 for the night.
Queen’s Club Two 3 Sandy’s Boat Club One 3
Queen’s Club Two and Sandy’s Boat Club One played to a 3 – 3 tie, Queen’s Club Two’s Rick Dorush and Sandy’s Boat Club One’s Peter Bromby split a game each in the two frame match. Dorush won the first game 51-19 and Bromby won the second game 47-22. Queen’s Club Two’s Greg Swinbourne defeated Martin Siese 60-54 and Stuart Matthews defeated Queen’s Club Two’s Jimmy McGill 46-26. The doubles match up was won by John Burns/Swinbourne 54 to 46 for Siese/Matthews.

Ray DeSilva narrowly got by Richie Beale 57-55 to give Watford Sports Club One a 1 – 0 lead. Steven Bremar defeated Aaron Carvelho 51-41 and 61-21 to make it 3 - 0. Tony DeSilva defeated Chris Bromby 52-14. The doubles game saw DeSilva and DeSilva defeat Beale and Bromby 44-35.
