Reggie Lambe was part of an Ipswich Town Reserves that lost a behind-closed-doors friendly at QPR 2-0 on Tuesday afternoon.
Lambe and his Ipswich Town second string teammates are likely to play a lot of friendlies this season with the Totesport.com Football Combination East Division containing only seven teams.
Chris Kiwomya's side opened their league campaign with a 3-1 victory over Stevenage at Playford Road a two weeks ago. Their next league fixture is against Oxford United at Portman Road next Wednesday (KO 2pm).
Ipswich Town Reserves: Lee-Barrett, Ainsley, Dunbar, Hourihane, Brown, Eastman, Lambe, Cawley, Murray, Healy and Griffiths. Subs: Clark, Cropper, Bennett, Lavery, Meekings and Jones.
