In Commercial Summer League Softball action at the Michael Preece Softball Diamond saw Steve O’Flynn go 3 for 3, with 2HR & 6RBI’s as he helped the Docksider Tuff Dogs defeat Highland Spring Water 18 – 11. Justin Brooks went 2 for 3, with 1HR & 4RBI’s for the losers.
In other action, the Corporation of Hamilton went down 10 – 0 to CITI Group. Danny Cook went 3 for 3, with 1 Triple & 3RBI’s for the winners.
Rosa’s edged the Panthers 8 – 7. Andrew Simpson went 3 for 4, with 2HR’s & 5RBI’s for Rosa’s, while Tracey Bean went 1 for 3, with 1 Triple & 2RBI’s for the Panthers.
Danny Greene went 3 for 4, with 2HR & 6RBI’s for Team Blue in the Men’s Division as they defeated Team Grey 18 – 10. Steve O’Flynn went 2 for 5, with 1HR & 3RBI’s for the losers and Team Red defeated Team Black 23 – 13. Jon Gazzard went 3 for 6 with 1HR & 4RBI’s for Team Red, while Troy Pitcher went 1 for 2, with 1HR & 3RBI’s for Team Black.
