In Bermuda Fitted Dinghy Racing in Granaway Deep saw Challenger II with Martin Siese at the Helm win two of the day’s three races
Challenger II won the A.S. Cooper Cup race, while Contest III with skipper Somers Kempe finishing second. Tim Lynch sailing Elizabeth II finished third, while Victory IV with Mark Soares sank.
In the White’s Island Cup race Challenger II crossed the finish line and then in the Perot’s Island Trophy race Contest III held off a strong challenge from Challenger II to record the victory.
