The boy’s again spent the day at the Howard University Soccer Camp under the watchful eye of Howard University Men’s Soccer coach Michael Lawrence.
Former Howard University Men’s Soccer Assistant Coach Curtis Landy who also worked with former Bermuda National Team coach Keith Tucker and is a member of the Soccer and Friends Camp worked with the boys on positional play.
Landy said, “We need to help players understand their positions and do the simple things. Bermuda has very talented players but struggle most times when they have to play together, the Bermuda boys are matched up against players from some African Nations and they are being put to the test.”
“I am extremely pleased to be a part of giving young Bermudian players a chance at both Soccer and Education, we are looking to help youngsters fulfill their dreams,” concluded Landy.
