Sims put himself in a good position in his first round when he shot a 4-under par 68 on the - Raven Golf Club at Lora Bay. Sims first round consist of 4 Birdies and 14 Pars.
Sims started his second round at the Georgian Bay Golf Club with the projected Cut at -4. Sims started out on the front nine and shot two Bogeys in his first four holes to move to +2 for his round and 2-under on the Leaderboard.
Sims shot a Birdie on the Par 5 number 7 to move to 3-under par on the Leaderboard, Sims was only able to shoot one more Birdie in his round that coming on the Par 5 number 13 to finish his Second Round Even.
With this result Sims has missed the Cut by 2 strokes finishing T77th.
