Shelley Pearson and her doubles partner Emma Crump I won the 2010 Cromwell Women’s Open Doubles Cup recently.
Racing in Heat 1, Pearson and Crump, clocked a time of 4:00.86 to defeat their nearest rivals by 9.11 to advance to the finals.’
In the Women’s Open 2x Final Pearson and Crump crossed the line in a time of 4:06.93 which was 14.60 seconds ahead of the second place boat.
Pearson told www.islandstats.com, “Things are going really, I was pleased with the performance during the Cromwell and now I am looking forward to the Club Nationals in Tennessee. Racing starts Wednesday next week so hopefully it will go well! I'll be rowing in the intermediate double and the intermediate single.
