The Governor of Bermuda Sir Richard Gozney and Lady Gozney arrived at the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club this morning and visited some of the captains and crews.
The Governor of Bermuda Sir Richard Gozney and Lady Gozney’s first stop was aboard the winner of the St. David’s Lighthouse Division Carina who’s skipper Rives Potts and his crew talked to the couple about the race.

The final day of Kiel again brought light and fickle winds, following a few hours of postponements the Kirkland’s were able to get off two races. When racing was all said and done the Kirkland’s recorded a 31 and a 24. It was definitely one of the more frustrating days racing as the Kirkland’s boat handling coupled with a few critical tactical mistakes cost us big.
The Kirkland’s knew it wasn’t going to be easy coming right to an event following their time off this spring, and Kiel didn’t disappoint! So, onto Poland for a couple weeks of training before the Europeans.
