The Bermuda Martial Arts Center and its director Kyoshi Arnold Allen held a Each 1 Teach 1 2010 event that ran over 4 days and focused on unifying and healing the broken bonds of jujitsu in Bermuda.
A wealth of knowledge was shared with the local martial artist by this year’s overseas guest Sanuces Ryu Jujitsu Grand Master Charles (baby doc) Allan.
Present were members of the JCB school of survival arts, Harto Ryu dojo and executive members of the Bermuda Martial Arts Federation which is the governing body for all martial arts in Bermuda. Grandmaster Allan promoted Kyoshi Allen to the rank of 9th degree black belt and given the title of Hanshi making him the highest ranking Sanuces Ryu jujitsu practitioner in the Caribbean region.
An honorary black belt was presented to the vice president of the Bermuda Martial Arts Federation / Taekwondo Master Edmond Johnson 27 for his work in unifying and promoting martial arts in Bermuda.
