The Bermuda Cricket Board has announced further to the recent incident in which Malachi Jones disobeyed the direct orders of National Coach, David Moore, not to play domestic cricket during the recent ICC Americas Division 1 Championship, the Executive Committee has decided to ban Jones from two (2) domestic league games and one (1) international series.
www.islandstats.com is the only local media to have pictures of Jones batting on May 30th. Jones batted during Willow Cuts 5 wicket defeat at the hands of Bailey’s Bay at the Sea Breeze Oval. Meanwhile Willow Cuts have been issued a severe reprimand for their lack of compliance and leadership in this matter.
