The East Under 11 All-Stars defeated the West Under 11 All-Stars by 82 runs. Batting first the East scored 128 runs with Aaron Burgess the top scorer with 12, while Charclaire Lambe had bowling figures of 2-0-9-3 for the West. In reply the West were bowled all out for 46,Rudy Butterfield was the top scorer with 14, while Aaron Nelson bowled 1-0-4-4.
In the Under 11 East vs West All-Star match East player Nelson was named MVP taking four wickets for four runs, while Zion Smith’s running catch was voted play of the game.
In the Celebrity Festival match Mike Jackman scored nine runs as the Celebrities scored 72 runs, Joseph Basden had bowling figures of 2-0-5-2 to lead the Under 11 All-Stars. In reply the All-Stars scored the required runs in the final over with Sean Tucker the top scorer with 14 runs.
Rebecca Gibbons took a catch off her own bowling to claim the play of the game award, David Roache who hit two consecutive boundaries was voted the Celebrity of the game, while Tucker was voted the Under 11 Player of the match for his 14 runs.
