Aaron Evans won Heat 2 of the Men’s 800m during the NCAA Division I 2010 Outdoor Track & Field Championships to qualify for the Final which will take place on Friday.
Evans completed the race in a time of 1:46.55 ahead of second place Ryan Martin who finished in 1:46.71.
Meanwhile Arantxa King and her Stanford University Women’s 400m Relay Team did not finish Heat 3. The team was made up of King who ran the first leg of the race, Shataya Hendricks, Brittni Dixon-Smith and Griffin Matthew, but a mix up with the third handoff did not allow Stanford to finish.
