Steve Bucknor who stood as an onfield umpire in five World Cup tournaments, along with Wendell Coppin, ICC Americas Regional Development Officer are conducting a seminar for the umpires involved in the Americas Division1 tournament.
Almost one year ago to the day Bucknor was elected as the new West Indies Cricket Umpires Association's (WICUA) President in Bermuda.
Bucknor and Coppin are giving the regional umpires for the tournament a refresher course on issues that may arise during the tournament and how it should be dealt with.
Meanwhile Argentina and Cayman Islands arrived on the island last night and Argentina held a training session at the Sea Breeze Oval this morning, Cayman are expected to train at the same location this evening.
Canada, USA and the Bahamas all arrive today for the tournament which is set to get underway tomorrow.

Maurice Steede lead Tuff Dogs with a knock of 36, while Kavitharan Selvarajah scored 26 not out and Warren Smith was 25 not out.
