Roosevelt Bouie Jr. has revealed to www.islandstats.com that Terence Dill was taken from the gym to the hospital for what looked to be a very bad high ankle sprain.
Bouie said, “Dill while driving to the basket after great defense play which resulted in a steal,rolled his foot on another players foot resulting in the high ankle sprain. I hope that it is nothing very serious, but I will have a chance to talk to him later, this is a setback that every player faces and I am looking forward to his recovery so that I can plan the next steps in his quest for a professional career”.
“Today was the day that I realized that not only is Dill very talented, but he also has the desire to become the best player possible”, continued Bouie.
“After a grueling 3 hour practice Dill came to me while I was preparing to go back to the hotel for lunch. He asked me, how can I be more effective as a player. He is one of 3 players in the camp of over 30 to ask this extremely important question”, Bouie went on to say.
“I have many answers for the players that have attended my tryouts for the last 7 years, but I only offer those answers to those that have an interest to know how to get better. The afternoon Dill came out with his best performance since the start of the camp. He was playing hard with more conviction as his confidence grew until the injury”, concluded Bouie.
