The Bermuda Bicycle Association Road Race Series moves back to Southside on Sunday May 9th beginning at 8:30am. Race directors Arthur Glasford, Clifford Roberts, Adam Harbutt and Ryan Gunn have selected the following course and distances.
Sunday’s race is the last road race to automatically qualify for the Sinclair Packwood Memorial Race on May 24th.
Following Sunday’s race all those who qualified will receive an invitation which will need to be completed and returned with the appropriate fee ($20 for adults, $5 for juniors).
Those who have not qualified will have to appeal to the race director Martin Bolton for a spot, should there be any available.
Sunday’s start/finish line will be on the road leading to Clearwater, turn into parking lot, the Male & Female A Division will complete 11 laps, while the Male & Female B & Junior A will ride 9 laps, the Junior B will compete for 3 laps and the Junior C riders will ride 1 lap.
