InterCollege Etha is alive in the Cyprus National Basketball Play-offs! The team managed to win the third game play-off game against Sullivan Phillips and his Madisons APOEL teammates 87 -86, making the score 2 - 1 with APOEL only needing one more victory to advance to the Finals.
Phillips scored nine points and grabbed two rebounds.
In tonight’s game InterCollege Etha Engomis gave everything for the win and took a great victory in Madisons Nicosia arena. The game went right down to the final shot as APOEL’s Rashid Atkins scored a 2-point basket making the score 86 - 85 but Etha’s Ken Tutt hit back making the score 87 – 86 with 4 seconds remaining on the clock, however Atkins’ missed a jumper as time expired.
