The 2010 CellularOne Premier Basketball League (PBL) season continued this evening with a triple header at the Cedarbridge Academy Gymnasium.
Hamilton Tsunamis 60 Pembroke Cane Toads 49
In the first game of the evening fourth seed Hamilton Tsunamis defeated the second seed Pembroke Cane Toads 60 – 49. Corey Vance led the Cane Toads with 15 points, while Graham Robinson scored 31 points to lead the Tsunamis to victory.
St. George's Internationals 94 Warwick Rim Rockers 54
The St. George's Internationals scored a new PBL game high in points when they defeated the Warwick Rim Rockers 94 – 54. St George's were led in the scoring department by Chajuan Knight who scored 21 points and Shawn Swainson chipped in with 20 points, while Dion Bean scored 24 points for the Warwick Rim Rockers.
Southampton Titans 55 Somerset Flyers 39
The Southampton Titans defeated the Somerset Flyers 55 – 39 in the final game of the night. Markez Laws scored 19 points to lead Southampton to victory, while Jonathan Lowe scored 17 points for the Somerset Flyers.
