The Bermuda Bicycle Association has announced a change in the location and start time for this Sunday's first race of the road season. Race Director Nigel Godfrey said, “The 2010 road race season kicks off this Sunday with a crit on the “Fort Knox” circuit at Southside. Despite having to relocate from Hamilton, this race is also the first race of the IBC Hamilton Crit Series & Championship”.
The Start/finish will be on Wallers Point Road, heading east, then left onto Stocks Road, left onto Southside Road and left onto Wallers Points Road.
Racing starts at 8:30 AM – note that this is different from the advertised time for Hamilton crits – and races will be held in the following order (all start times are approximate):
8:00AM Male & Female A 40 minutes + 1 lap
8:50AM Junior B (15 mins + 1 lap) & Junior C (10 mins + 1 lap)
9:15AM Male B, Female B, Junior A 25 mins + 1 lap
