In Commercial Men’s League Softball action at the Michael Preece Softball Diamond, saw the Black Magic defeat the Blue Thunder 27 – 12. Steven Simons went 4 for 5, with 1 Double, 1HR & 6RBI’s to lead the Magic, while Paul Aviles chipped in going 2 for 4 with 2HR’s & 5RBI’s. McLaren Lowe went 4 for 4 with 5RBI’s for the Thunder, who also had Danny Green go 3 for 3, with 2HR’s & 4RBI’s.
The Grey Dogs defeated the Red Team 20 – 10, Steve O’Flynn went 2 for 3, with 2HR’s & 7RBI’s for the Dogs, while Nyon Steede went 3 for 4, with 1 Double, 1HR & 3RBI’s.
