The Dog River Howlers Rugby Club in conjunction with Cuban rugby (Chukin Chao) are now trying to finalize the teams for the first annual Havana Howlers 7's to be held February 27th & 28th, 2010.
Emil Signes' Atlantis RFC, a representative side from Ontario Canada, the developmental Mexican National Team, the Dog River Howlers Rugby Club, the Cuban National team and 3 other Cuban regional select sides are committed to date. There has also been a significant interest shown by several Caribbean country representative sides including Bermuda who have been invited to take part and are currently going over the information to see if they can commit as it will be at the end of the Rugby Season in Bermuda.
