The Bermuda Bicycle Association held their final time trial of the 2009 season on the Shelly Bay course, new course records were set by Daniel Oatley in the Boys 11/12 Age Group category and Garth Thomson the overall winner setting a new Veterans Record.
Thomson covered the course in a time of 22:55, he was followed by two other veteran riders as Neil de Ste Croix finished second in 23:43 and Mark Lombardi finished third in 24:53. Rodney Davies was the first Open Division finisher crossing the line with the fourth fastest time of 25:09, Dominque Mayho won the Boy’s 15/16 Age Group race clocking a time of 26:57 to finish 9th.
