The Bermuda Rugby Football Union President, Peter Borland and Dennis Dwyer will be attending the North America West Indies Rugby Association (NAWIRA) Special & General Meeting, on August 8th, in Miami.
The Notice has been provided to Members of the forthcoming Special General Meeting, it will be followed at 3.00pm by NAWIRA's General Meeting.
Dwyer is the NAWIRA Secretary.
